Take Action

A bipartisan bill, the Dietary Supplements Access Act (HR 4794)  was introduced in July 2023 in the United States House of Representatives by Representative Darrin LaHood (R-IL), and co-sponsored by Representatives Brendan Boyle (D-PA), John Curtis (R-UT), and Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ). The bill, if made law, would make vitamins and other dietary supplement products FSA and HSA eligible. For the millions of Americans who rely on these products to manage their health, this is a step in the right direction.
